COMMON ALLERGEN PRODUCT INFORMATION
Nuts - We only have one Gelato mixing machine and peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, almonds and other nuts are all used in production so we cannot guarantee nut free Gelato, anybody with a peanut or other nut allergy should not have this Gelato.
Flavours marked GF are gluten free, but flavours containing gluten are also processed through the same machine, so we cannot guarantee that GF flavours have not been contaminated.
Flavours marked GS(W) contain Glucose Syrup derived from wheat, or Glucose Syrup that has no derivation info. This should be safe for most people with gluten intolerances, but we have highlighted this for those who could still be sensitive to the ingredient.
EF flavours do not contain egg, but flavours containing egg are also processed through the same machine, so we cannot guarantee that EF flavours have not been contaminated.
