We love real gelato, made from scratch.
We take our inspiration from the bespoke artisan producers of Italy, the ones that are hidden in the backstreets, away from tourist areas.
No shortcut powders. No artificial additives. No texturisers and no preservatives. Just fresh ingredients, the right process for a traditional, decadent gelato.
The freshest ingredients & no shortcuts powders.
There was a push from the industry over the last couple of decades to incorporate numerous additives, which would allow the gelato to be piled up beautifully, melt slower and increase its shelf life.
But like the small handful of back-street Italian artisans, we ignored the push and instead kept with our traditional techniques and recipes, which results in a fresher and creamier mouth feel.
